Our Exchange Policy

• We don’t offer returns but exchanges can be made if there is an issue with the size.
• Hand painted shoes cannot be exchanged
• We accept exchanges of shoes that are in brand new condition as received, completely unused and in original packaging.
• Exchanges can be made within 7 days only.
• Our company does not take responsibility to pay for shipping the exchanges.
• All exchange shipments should be made through a reliable logistic source
